Door shut. Keys inside. Call us.

Clear answers. Before we start.

Tell us your full address, whether the door has simply shut or is locked, and whether a key is inside the lock. Mention shared entrances and your floor number.

A realistic arrival estimate.

15 minutes is our target, not a guaranteed or live-tracked arrival time. Traffic, your location and availability affect the estimate. Ask us to confirm the expected arrival and the total cost before agreeing.

Permission to enter.

Be ready to show that you live here or have permission to access the property. If your ID is locked inside, tell us before we arrive. In immediate danger, call 112 first.
